In order to apply for Erasmus exchange at the Epirus Institute of Technology (T.E.I. of Epirus) please complete the following forms:
Also, please find below the relevant Learning Agreement that needs to be completed (I have completed the parts that relate to the T.E.I. of Epirus as to make the process easier). Please select below the Learning Agreement that applies to you e.g. depending on if you are applying for an Erasmus Student Exchange or Erasmus Traineeship Exchange:
Please complete the above documents and sign as appropriate (please make sure your Erasmus Coordinator signs as well were necessary).

Also, additional scanned documents to be sent are:
- Certificate of English Language (at least B1 level)
- Passport or ID card
- European Health Insurance card
- Transcript of Records (in English)
- A face photo (to issue your student ID card)
